Jeff is a senior project leader, certified agile coach, practitioner, teacher and agile strategist working with organizations in the private and public sectors. Jeff enables teams to achieve their target benefits by delivering projects as efficiently as possible. With a lifelong passion for learning and effective engagement, Jeff brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role at Royal Roads University.  

Experience

Jeff’s career in IT spans over 30 years. He began in a technical role, having graduated from Camosun College with a Business Systems Technician diploma. He then worked at a Smelter site in Kitimat, British Columbia, where he gained experience with enterprise systems. Jeff transitioned to a business analyst and project manager role, managing large pharmacy software rollouts for several national drugstore chains. He subsequently completed his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and MBA, which prepared him to lead large, multi-million dollar IT projects in both the public and private sectors. Jeff also managed several project turnarounds and rescues of failing projects.
