Eric Anderson has more than 30 years' management experience in a variety of functions, including IT, operations, marketing and business development. He advises entrepreneurs, principals and senior management in the areas of IT to business strategy alignment; business process improvement; management capacity; strategy; intellectual property and technology commercialization. He also works closely with operations and supervisory personnel responsible for implementing change.
Experience
In running his independent practice, Eric draws on an extensive sector expertise in industries such as container shipping and port operations, supply chain management, software and IT systems development, change management, and performance improvement. Clients have ranged in sectors from shipping and logistics, public administration, insurance, conference management, healthcare, mobile technologies, forest products and small-to-medium sized enterprises.
Eric has broad international experience - he has lived in the Middle East, and worked with clients in Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom and Kenya.
