Carol Gabanna’s practice is all about challenging and supporting clients to improve their performance – to do their work better than they think they can. She works from a core belief that everyone has strengths and every person has potential. She provides facilitation for meetings where results matter and clients can't afford to mess it up. Her coaching practice is focused on managers and board leaders.
