William (Bill) Archer has more than 30 years of experience working globally with a myriad of enterprises and multinational corporations, leading diverse teams comprised of both sales and technical resources. His main areas of expertise are leadership, innovation, design thinking, and business strategy.
His broad experience includes sales, strategy development, product and process innovation, customer relations management, and distribution and partner channel management.
At Royal Roads University, Archer teaches the Master of Global Management course Leading your Workforce in a Global Context.
Experience
Archer has executed business and marketing strategies, communications and customer relations management systems for organizations around the world with a focus on high-technology and telecommunications. He is associate faculty and a mentor with RRU, very involved with the non-profit sector and start-ups in British Columbia through New Ventures BC.
Archer was awarded the Royal Roads Founders award (2019). He was nominated for Royal Roads University’s Kelly Outstanding Teaching Award (2022).
