Bhoomika Pabari is an experienced hospitality leader with over 13 years across aviation, luxury hotels, corporate administration, and marine passenger services. I currently serve as Chief Steward with BC Ferries, where I oversee onboard hospitality operations, guest service excellence, and safety compliance for thousands of passengers each day. My expertise spans leadership development, operational efficiency, and creating memorable guest experiences across diverse cultural contexts.

Experience

My career began in aviation as Lead Cabin Crew with Indigo Airlines, where I honed my skills in safety management, service delivery, and team mentorship at 35,000 feet. I later transitioned to luxury hospitality with the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, advancing to Assistant Front Office Manager and leading guest services, colleague engagement, and operational initiatives aligned with Forbes Luxury Standards. In my current role at BC Ferries, I manage food & beverage, retail, and stateroom operations while fostering high-performing teams and ensuring operational readiness at sea.
