Canada’s Mark Carney is one of the world's top central bankers and UN Special Envoy on Climate Change and Finance. 

I connected with him virtually to discuss the need for building a net zero economy, a now legislated objective, based on climate resilience. He also echoes the goal of the 2020 Throne Speech: climate action as cornerstone of job creation.
