  • Julie MacArthur, Canada Research Chair in Reimagining Capitalism, spoke with CBC On the Island about COP30 and why more action is needed to tackle the climate crisis. 

  • Tracy Smith-Carrier, Canada Research Chair in Advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals, spoke on a CBC Blue Sky panel about the affordability crisis and Guaranteed Basic Income as a solution.  

  • Jennifer Walinga, professor of Communication and Culture, wrote an article for The Conversation Canada on safety, integrity and community in sport.
