Gwynne Dyer speaks at virtual event Sept. 16

Join Royal Roads President Philip Steenkamp Thursday, Sept. 16 at 4 p.m. PDT,  as he welcomes Gwynne Dyer to speak at our 25th Anniversary Changemakers Speakers Series.

The military and geopolitical historian and journalist and honourary Royal Roads degree recipient  has done a deep dive into climate change over the past year. After interviewing prominent climate scientists around the globe for an upcoming book and series, he’ll share what he’s learned, what that has meant to him, and why there is cause for hope amid the doom and gloom.

This online talk is free and open to all to attend. Dyer will give a presentation, spend time in conversation with President Steenkamp, and then take some audience questions from Facebook.
