Human Security and Peacebuilding professor Dr. Kenneth Christie spoke to CFAX 1070’s Adam Stirling about the protests in Belarus following the presidential election, the validity of which is being questioned by election experts and the European Union.

Here is an excerpt:

“I think the best thing that could happen is this president steps down and they form a broad coalition of democratic forces that lead the country into a new period because this is a disaster at the moment for Belarus that’s for sure.”

Christie was interviewed on CFAX 1070.
