This program has increased my understanding of strategic enrolment management and how it significantly impacts post-secondary education.
I was drawn to Royal Roads University because it was the first institution in Canada at the time to offer a graduate-level credential in Strategic Enrolment Management. I had heard great things about RRU from colleagues and friends who had attended the institution for other programs, which reassured my decision to apply.
The cohort model and the emphasis on group work were excellent ways to connect with other learners and expand my network of colleagues across the post-secondary education sector. In fact, one of the most memorable moments during my studies was meeting my current boss through the program!
