Scotch Broom Bash - Healthy Planet Club

May is Invasive Species Action Month in BC. Let's participate by tackling invasive Scotch Broom and giving the local native plants a fighting chance. Join RRU's Healthy Planet Club for another invasive species removal session. Come one and all! 

On Tuesday, May 20th, we'll meet at 12:30 across from the totem pole at the top of campus to work on the area between House 10 and House 12. 

These sessions are a fun way to learn more about removing invasive species while getting a chance to practice doing so. Please dress for the weather. We'll supply tools and gloves. 

The Healthy Planet Club is an initiative co-led by the Climate Action and Sustainability Team and People and Culture's Healthy U team to offer campus stewardship opportunities to staff, students and faculty.
