4th Annual Healing Hearts Run

Join us for a day of connection, remembrance, and healing at the annual Healing Hearts Run. Whether you walk, run, or simply come to be with others who understand, you are welcome here.

Royal Roads University acknowledges that the campus is on the traditional lands of the Xwsepsum (Esquimalt) and Lekwungen (Songhees) ancestors and families. With gratitude, we live, work, and learn here where the past, present, and future of Indigenous and non Indigenous students, faculty and staff come together.

Why We Gather

The Healing Hearts Run supports individuals and families affected by infertility, pregnancy loss, and infant loss through the Pacific Perinatal Foundation.

Last year, more than 200 participants came together and raised $40,000 for local families.
This year, our goal is $60,000 to expand programs and ensure that no one has to grieve alone.

• 5K Run or 2K Walk
• Pay what you can registration — all are welcome
• Family friendly and accessible
• Participate at your own pace

What Your Support Provides

Your participation and fundraising directly fund compassionate care:

• $50 supports a mindfulness class
• $100 covers a counselling session
• $250 funds a full 6-week program
• $500+ provides ongoing care for a family
