Climate change is one of the most significant challenges of our time, and there is a growing need for professionals with the knowledge and education to guide the science and the policy of climate change.

Nearly half of Canadian environmental employers require workers with knowledge of climate change, policy and legislation, and sustainability. Environmental professionals must have a deeper understanding of these areas to face future challenges, create action plans and provide climate solutions.

Join ECO Canada and Royal Roads University to learn about the latest findings on job prospects in this emerging field and opportunities to further your knowledge and practical experience in climate science and policy.

RRU graduates will be part of the discussion to share their experiences and the incredible impact they create worldwide:

Candice Wilson is an Environment Manager at the Haisla Nation Council, located in Kitamaat Village, BC.

Leighton Gall is located in Victoria and work in environmental carbon offsets. His advice for future students: "Be cool, you’ll make it through the process cause the teachers are good!"
