After an Olympic Games where 'less was (actually) more" and the athlete voice was center stage, it seems a critical moment for sport organizations and systems globally to reflect on pre-Covid models. Now is the time to learn from the values and principles that Covid has served to reveal including development, wellbeing, and the true meaning of success in sport.

Join Dr. Jennifer Walinga for Episode 11 in our Sport, Leadership and Social Change webinar series: Cultural Frameworks for Safe AND High-Performance Sport Environments. We will speak to researchers and leaders in sport studying and embarking upon a path of evolution/transformation in and of the sport environment.

We will be joined by John Donnelly, Director of Integrity with UK Sport, along with several RRU graduate students to discuss current challenges facing sport systems, the cultural and structural issues Covid revealed, and how to expand sport models to include athlete health and wellbeing in our understanding of performance and definition of success in sport.

We encourage you to register even if you are unable to attend. Everyone who registers will receive a link to the webinar recording.
