Diane Luszniak

Diane Luszniak is a passionate Career Advisor dedicated to helping students discover their potential. With over 17 years of experience supporting students in work-integrated learning, she specializes in coaching students through career exploration and job search strategies.

Previously a Co-op Coordinator at the University of Victoria, Diane has a strong background in connecting students with employers and helping them leverage their work experiences for future opportunities. She believes that career journeys are often non-linear and loves helping students reframe their skills and experiences to build confidence and recognize their value.

A firm believer in excellent customer service, Diane is committed to ensuring every student feels valued and supported. She holds a BSc (Honours) in Chemistry Co-op from the University of Victoria and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, UK.
