This bursary was created by Dr. Ann Dale and her family in November 2000 in memory of their beloved son and grandson, Daniel James Frazer.
The bursary is given to a Royal Roads graduate or doctoral student who can demonstrate financial need and has at least one year of experience (as an employee or volunteer) with a non-governmental organization involved in environment and social justice issues. Preference is given to students in the Master of Science in Environment and Management program.
