Ashley Collette is a member of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), currently serving as a Social Work Officer in Edmonton. Ashley grew up in Nova Scotia and joined the CAF in 2002 where she spent the majority of her career as an Infantry Officer in the 1st Battalion, Royal Canadian Regiment. She changed her trade to social work to contribute to the mental health of CAF members, with the desire to continue developing initiatives that support post-traumatic growth. In her spare time, Ashley practices and teaches yoga and meditation and is an avid lover of all things outdoors.
