Allan Cahoon served as Royal Roads’ third president and vice-chancellor from 2007 to 2018. He saw education as a great social equalizer. This award shows Royal Roads’ commitment to celebrating the diversity of students, faculty and staff and connecting people, ideas and experiences that change lives and the world.
