At RRU, we use a blended learning model to deliver our programs effectively. Online courses combined with intense small-group residencies, held on-campus, provide you with the flexibility to continue working while you earn a degree you can use for the rest of your life. Program Description
Royal Roads University's Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program is an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Upon successful completion, graduates receive 125 Professional Certified Coach (PCC) learning hours and receive the Certified Executive Coach designation. Graduates are encouraged to pursue professional certification through ICF. Additionally, successful graduates may be eligible for points towards their recertification of the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) Designation.
Upon successful completion, graduates can apply for transfer credit in select Royal Roads University’s master's programs with a portion of the tuition waived.

Who It’s For
The Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program provides you with the skills, knowledge and practical tools to effectively coach individuals and organizations towards superior performance. Designed for business professionals who already have leadership and management experience, Royal Roads University’s Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program is ideal for those who have the energy and passion to become practicing executive coaches, or want to incorporate a coaching culture within their own organization. This six-month program offers you an effective blend of online and on-campus learning, so you can pursue your coaching goals while maintaining your current career.
Applicants who do not have the formal academic education to qualify for admission may be assessed on the basis of both their formal education and their informal learning, in accordance with the Flexible Admission Policy.
