Bio (Martha Sales)
Martha Sales is an executive and leadership coach and founder of Achieve Your Mark. In her pursuit to align passion and purpose, in 2010 Sales initiated a career transition leaving her corporate life to begin her coaching and consulting practice. She now champions the success of leaders and teams through individual and team coaching, facilitation and teaching. Knowing that achievement is a powerful catalyst for meaningful change, she creates coaching and learning environments where people can explore, test, and integrate new skills and perspectives.
Sales’ 20 years as a senior operations leader gives her knowledge of organizational and interpersonal dynamics. The scope of her work primary focused on business transformation initiatives. To her coaching and facilitation she brings a strong complement of skills. She is now committed to executive coaching and considers this to be the hub of all the work she does. Sales insists on real conversations that cut through confusion and friction to generate clarity and understanding.
Sales holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University (CEC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation, a Certificate in Human Resources from Ryerson University, and a B.A. from Queen’s University. She is a Certified Facilitator of Relationship Awareness Theory(Strength Deployment Inventory ®) and Legacy Leadership®.
