Visit RRU's Farm - learn more & help out

In 2024, the Climate Action and Sustainability Team are partnering with HealthyU to bring you more chances for getting outside, taking care of this precious planet we call home and connecting with others across the university community. We're calling this the Healthy Planet Club and will be hosting monthly sessions which will be open to staff, students and faculty. 

Join us as we kick off RRU's budding stewardship club with a visit to The Farm on Thursday April 11th during the lunch hour. We'll hear from Solara Goldwynn, RRU's Farm & Food Systems Lead, and others about what they’ve been up to and what’s on the horizon. We'll also dig into some volunteer work to help out with what's needed most. 

Please dress for the weather and bring your own gardening gloves if you have some. We'll have extras on hand for those who don't. Please register below or through HealthyU so we can anticipate how many will be joining us!
