Professional & Continuing Studies

Dr. Zoë MacLeod is a certified executive coach, change agent and educational advisor working in the fields of leadership, executive coaching, and professional and organizational development. She is passionate about helping people and organizations to cultivate creative intelligence, focus on strengths and awaken to the possibility of happier, healthier and more productive work environments.

Her consulting experience includes evaluation of learning and development needs for leadership, strategic planning for delivery of leadership development programs and advisory services for the effective management of change. Zoe’s doctoral research focused on evaluating the impact of coaching for women in higher education and she was recently elected to the Coach Training Global Board of Directors for the International Coaching Federation.

Experience

Zoe is currently Associate Vice-President, Professional and Continuing Studies at Royal Roads University where she leads a team of brilliant people working tremendously hard to serve students, clients, and organizations in their pursuit of professional development and lifelong learning. She consults with external organizations to develop and deliver award-winning transformative leadership development programs for organizations across the globe. Prior to joining Royal Roads University, Zoë was faculty for the Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology Department at Selkirk College in Castlegar, BC.
