Zachary Cox is a scholar/practitioner of business continuity whose research and practice seek to understand organizational vulnerability and develop the resilience essential to navigating crisis. 

In the classroom, Zachary seeks to enable students to get answers to the questions that they find most pressing. He believes that students at Royal Roads University are experts in their field and that his role is to help them build the tools they can use to solve the problems they care about.

Experience

Currently, Zachary works as a senior analyst of Cybersecurity, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery at Penn Medicine, the hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. 

Previously, he worked at the University of Delaware’s Disaster Research Center and IBM’s Resiliency Services. Through his career, he has had the pleasure of teaching at Royal Roads, the University of Delaware and York University.
