Catherine is a Master Certified Executive Coach, Professional Certified Executive Coach and a Certified Coaching Supervisor and Psychotherapist.
She is a senior faculty member with Renewal Associates, head of faculty and practitioner program for the Global Team Coaching Institute, North American lead for Resilience at Work and is one of two master trainers in Conflict Dynamics across Canada.
Catherine has more than 25 years of experience with public and private sector leadership, team coaching, facilitation/ and raining, and leading groups.
She has coached more than 250 senior leaders and logged more than 10,000 coaching hours. She holds contracts with Indigenous, not for profit, private business and public sector clients. She is experienced supporting teams and organizations with strength and values based leadership and that are undergoing culture change and transformation initiatives.

Catherine is an executive coach, individual and team coaching supervisor, trainer and psychotherapist with more than 25 years of experience.
She has extensive experience in the public and not for profit sector. She helped launch a government-wide team coaching program and has broad experience working across government.
She also has expertise working with health and pharmaceutical groups, Indigenous organizations, mental health, resource, finance, IT, and start-ups. Catherine offers pro-bono coaching in environmental and social justice.
