Alaa Guidara, CRM, PGD, Ph.D is a Finance professor and Ambassador for the National Crowdfunding and FinTech Association. He is expert in digital asset and tokenization and cofounded several fintech initiatives in areas like wealth management, impact investing and real estate. His ventures solutions are used in more than 40 countries. Alaa received a Ph.D in finance and insurance from Laval University (Quebec).
