I enjoyed a positive experience at RRU when I completed my Master of Arts in Leadership, so I was confident the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching would provide the credibility and legitimacy I wanted as I started my own coaching practice.
The CEC at RRU was a great opportunity to establish grounding in the coaching profession; learning from highly qualified and talented coaches with a real caring for the students’ learning, and a committed dedication to their profession. The practical experience we developed under the guidance of these great coaches, and through the capstone experience, has provided a tremendous start for our coaching careers. I have already noticed that merely mentioning the RRU name creates opportunities for discussion.
