Management Consulting - Essentials

Along with the companion course, EXMN 661, this course focuses on the needs of the consulting client; students develop expertise by performing comprehensive situation assessments which include the crafting of strategies for organizational growth and development. Students also learn how to deliver superior value to their internal or external management consulting clients through the completion of a team based Consulting Practice Review Summary where a boutique, specialized consulting practice model is developed and validated. This course meets external education requirements of the CMC Canada providing a fast track to qualify for the prestigious CMC global designation.
