Financial Management

Develops the skills and knowledge required to manage the financial health of an organization. The course is comprised of three main sections: (1) financial monitoring, measuring, and reporting; (2) using financial data to make managerial decisions to improve organizational performance; and (3) financing and investing. Specific attention is given to projects related to financial management for innovation and sustainability.
