Accessibility

This program helps students with permanent disabilities pay for exceptional education-related services and adaptive equipment.

Eligibility

  • are a student with a permanent disability
  • are enrolled at a designated private or public post-secondary institution in B.C.; and
  • are studying at the post-secondary level and have exhausted Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment - Students with Disabilities funding

How to apply

  1. Complete the student portion of the BC Assistance Program for Students with Disabilities Application  (i.e., Sections 1 to 6)
  2. Submit it to RRU's Accessibility Services.
  3. Accessibility Services will complete the school section. 
  4. Accessibility Services will complete the school section and issue the funding.
  5. Student is responsible for providing Service Provider receipts to StudentAid BC.
