Tom Morin

Tom Morin began his working life in the Canadian military before transitioning into the private sector where he fulfilled a variety of roles in the global energy industry. After decades of diverse employment and leadership experience, Tom became an organizational development consultant and also helps individuals address challenges in their working lives. He is a co-founder of Work Innovation Partners and the creator of WorkFeelsGood.com. Tom holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University. He is also a recipient of the Royal Roads University Founders’ Award. Tom is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Social Science program at Royal Roads University. His research seeks to understand a change in the lived experience of workplace conflict after participants attend a workshop that presents an existential perspective of the world of work. Tom’s personal mission is to improve the experience of organizational employment while optimizing organizational success.
