Bio (Timothy Rahilly)
Dr. Tim Rahilly’s multidisciplinary work involves higher education, student development, leadership and mental health. His research focus is on student success at the post-secondary level with particular interest in special populations, including international and first generation students.
Rahilly is vice-provost, students & international at Simon Fraser University and has worked in higher education for more than 20 years. Previously, he held positions at SFU, the University of British Colombia and Dawson College. He is also a faculty associate in the Faculty of Education at SFU and the University of Manitoba’s Centre for Higher Education and Development.
Rahilly holds a PhD and Master of Arts in Educational and Counselling Psychology from McGill University (TBD), and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Concordia.
