Laura Hauser, PhD, PCC, and founder of Leadership Strategies International, is a certified coach, strategic change consultant, educator, author, speaker, and leading expert in the emerging field of team coaching. She works with leaders to unite people toward a compelling vision, align teams and strengthen leadership to improve business results. During the past 30 years companies in the USA and abroad have hired Laura for her skills, presence and impact. Prior to founding Leadership Strategies International in 1993, Laura worked internally for nearly two decades for large U.S.A.-based corporations in both specialist and management positions. Dr. Hauser is passionate about developing leaders and their teams, and educating other professionals to do the same.
Experience
Dr. Hauser also serves as associate faculty at Royal Roads University and Fielding Graduate University in their graduate-level coaching programs, and for Pepperdine University’s executive residential program in organization development. Her ground-breaking team coaching research and Shape-Shifting framework was featured in the July 2014 special edition of the Journal of Psychological Issues in Organizational Culture.
She lives in the Greater Los Angeles Area where she and her husband have been actively involved for decades in the volunteer leadership roles for the city of Santa Clarita.
