Monica Tsai

Monica Tsai is strategic leadership partner who works with senior leaders to deliver business initiatives while navigating change. Tsai has an appreciation of how the ‘people factor’ influences the overall organizational system and drives effective business decision making process. She has spent the last four years working with the executive and senior leadership team at her current firm, growing the company from 100 employees to more than 450 across five different locations in North America. This included two acquisitions – being acquired and acquiring another, all while she pursued her continuing education. Tsai is a certified professional coach and a chartered professional in human resources. Her research interests include leadership development and advanced technology such as general artificial intelligence and big data. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Simon Fraser University (2006) and a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University (2018).
