•  Shifting service culture while maintaining value
Topic will be led by Trina White, RRU associate faculty and general manager at The Parkside Hotel and Spa, Victoria, BC
•  Implementing a mask policy for staff and guests
Topic will be led by Kimberley Hughes, general manager at Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort and Spa, Victoria, BC
