Webinar - Conflict, Curiosity and Creativity: Engaging with Conflict from the Inside Out
How do we maintain curiosity in the midst of conflict to discover creative opportunities for change? Conflict is often a response to threat, which shuts down curiosity and limits a sense of options. In this engaging, interactive webinar, we will discuss how an understanding of conflict behaviour can lead to curiosity - towards others and ourselves - that can create more possibilities for change.
On September 22nd, join Dr. Marnie Jull, program head of the Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management, to explore strategies beyond "active listening" that can take parties in conflict beyond cycles of attack/defend or avoidance to engage more productively in finding alternatives.
We encourage you to register even if you are unable to attend as everyone who registers will receive a link to the webinar recording.
