Hilary Quosai

Hilary Quosai is a values-based leadership advocate who works to demonstrate the power of leading with integrity. Quosai believes that principled, values-based leadership puts people and their best interests at the core and that we should demand nothing less of our leaders in society today. A member of the Governor General's Leadership Conference (2008), Quosai has spent the last 20 years in the financial services sector, leading global operations teams, responsible for delivering industry leading customer service. In addition, she led learning, communications and change management functions and was responsible for ensuring leader effectiveness and employee engagement. Her research interests center around leadership effectiveness with a focus on the dark side of leadership. Quosai holds a Master of Arts in Leadership (2011) and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (2013) from Royal Roads University. She is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and is certified in Prosci® Change Management as well as Facet 5®, and EQ-I 2.0® assessments.
