Engages students in developing their capstone or internship project ideas and turning these ideas into capstone project proposals. Students will approach potential partners to engage them in a co-planning process, employing skills in leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication. Students are introduced to processes of project planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation, which they will utilize in the planning of their project, paying attention to constraints of time, resources, and cost. Ethical approval requirements underlying project implementation will be emphasized. Pre-requisites: GBLD 501 and GBLD 505 and 2 MAGL electives, or with permission.
