Catherine Holt

Catherine Holt is a management consultant in Victoria, B.C., the chair of the ICBC board and currently winding down her tenure as chair of the BC Transit board. From 2016 to 2020, she was Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce. Prior to her role with The Chamber, Catherine was President and Principal Consultant with Sage Group Management Consultants for 18 years. 

Catherine works at the executive level with public and private sector clients, providing strategic advice on public policy and government decision-making processes, and with not-for-profits, designing and recruiting boards of directors, strategic planning, evaluating new lines of business and organizational design. She has worked on many transformational projects in the public sector and has extensive board experience. Catherine also taught advanced strategy for the MBA program at Royal Roads University.
