Ms. Kwok is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Amara International Investment Corp., a private corporation with diversified interests focused on real estate and land development, cross-cultural management and strategic partnerships. She serves as a director of CK Life Sciences International (Holdings) Inc., the Bank of Montreal Group of Companies, Husky Energy Inc., CHEUNG KONG INFRASTRUCTURE HOLDINGS INC (CKI ), and the Li Ka Shing (Canada) Foundation. She formerly served as president and managing director of Melcorp Mercantile Inc., as Vice-President Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, and as President and CEO of Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology.

Ms. Kwok holds a Master of Science degree from the University of London.
