Mr. Ray Parks

Mr. Parks is Chief Executive Officer of the Provincial Capital Commission, and manages cultural and heritage properties of the provincial government. He was former Human Rights Commissioner with the Province of British Columbia and has held senior executive appointments with the Gaming Commission, Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Ministry of Transportation and Highways, and the Ministry of the Attorney General.

Mr. Parks is an active community member and has served on the boards of Leadership Victoria, the YM/YMCA, and Braefoot Community Association. He is currently a Committee Chair of the Royal Roads University Foundation capital campaign, and a member of Harbourside Rotary.
