Peter is the Vice-President & Publisher for Boulevard Magazine. He was previously the Vice-President of Advertising Sales and Marketing for the Times Colonist, and prior to that the President and CEO of Epic Biosonics Inc., a hi tech medical device technologies company specializing in neurotechnology.

Prior to joining Epic he was the Publisher of the Times Colonist until July 2000 having joined the newspaper in the summer of 1995. All of his work experience prior to joining the TC has been in the newspaper field in the sales and marketing areas of the business.

Baillie has been involved in many community activities. In addition to his appointment to the Board of Governors of Camosun College he has served as a board member for VIATeC, a cabinet member for the United Way of Victoria 2004 campaign and has been a volunteer for many community organizations and activities. He was honoured to be named the CFAX Business Leader of the Year for 1999 and the University of Victoria’s Community Leader award winner for 2000.

Peter is married to wife Shannon who is also an active community leader and they have two teenage children, son Carson and daughter Zoe.
