Mr. Frank Borowicz QC

Frank Borowicz has over 35 years experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, conflict resolution and risk management. He is a prominent arbitrator, mediator, and governance advisor to public and private corporations, and is a retired partner of the international law firm, Davis LLP.
Active in business and public affairs, Mr. Borowicz is a Governor of The Vancouver Board of Trade, having served as Chairman and Chief Elected Officer, and is an independant director of several public and private companies, including West Cirque Resources (TSXV:WCQ), Hemisphere Energy (TSXV:HME), Hybrid Energy Technologies, and the Canada-China Child Health Foundation.
He has also served as Chairman of the BC Industry Training Authority, as a Director of the BC International Commercial Arbitration Centre, and as an Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka. A graduate of Harvard (LLM), Dalhousie (LLB) and Loyola of Montreal (BA), Mr. Borowicz was a law professor at the University of Windsor, and founding faculty member of the University of Victoria Law School.
Mr. Borowicz is also a graduate of the Corporate Governance College of the Institute of Corporate Directors, and holds a certificate in Financial Literacy from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He has the highest Martindale-Hubbell professional rating, has been appointed a Judicial Justice of the BC Provincial Court and, in addition to being a Queen's Counsel, is a Honorary Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
