Chad Rintoul

Chad Rintoul is the Executive Director of The Mary Winspear Centre and Blue Heron Park in North Saanich.  The facilities serve as host to business meetings, conferences, live theatre and sporting events on the beautiful Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island.

With a background in project management, and management consulting, Mr. Rintoul relocated to the Victoria area following a decade living overseas with positions in Japan, Russia, Kazakhstan, and most recently in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Rintoul has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor and Honours Standing in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. Past associations include membership in the Canadian Business Association of Almaty, and founding member status in the Vladivostok International Business Association. He recently completed a five year term as a Director of the Canada Pacific Russia Trade Centre in Vancouver, an organization aimed at increasing trade links between Pacific Canada and Pacific Russia.  He was also Chairman of the District of North Saanich Resident Liaison Committee for a major infrastructure construction project until conclusion in November, 2008. 

Currently, Chad is a member of the Saanich Peninsula Hospital Foundation, and is appointed to the Town of Sidney Community Development Commission.  He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, and a Director of the Victoria Airport Authority, where he is a member of the Steering Committee, Runway Extension Task Force, and Chairman of the Airport Planning & Development Committee.
