Tournament of Aces Bursary for Single Parents

Royal Roads University Foundation started the Tournament of Aces golf event in 2000 to raise funds for bursaries. We thank the many sponsors of this event for their participation in raising much needed educational bursaries for students who are single parents or parents with financial need. The endowed Tournament of Aces fund now generates revenue for annual bursaries in perpetuity. Applicant selection for this bursary is based on financial need and eligible candidates are enrolled full time in any graduate or undergraduate program.

Eligibility

• demonstrated financial need
• single parent
• character: must show what they will bring to RRU what will enhance the institution as a whole

How to apply

• this In-Course Award is open to students who are (or will be) active in their program on the deadline date
• pending the availability of funding, the competition will run annually from March 1st to May 1st (closes 11:59pm RRU time)
• applications are submitted online through MyAdmin. A full list of awards in competition will be viewable upon login
• address eligibility criteria for all awards in that competition in one one-page essay with your name in top margin
