Teri McEachern - MBA Executive Management (Management Consulting Specialization)

The MBA at Royal Roads reactivated my love of learning and reminded me how important it is to remain open to new ideas and perspectives. The Organizational Consulting Project portion of my MBA Executive Management (Management Consulting Specialization) program was helping establish a women's network group for a national telecommunications company. I have collaborated with colleagues to found three successful management consulting businesses. The most recent is the Women’s' Strategies Institute that resulted from my passion around advancing women's leadership and helping executives and their organizations understand and use gender intelligence to increase team performance, engagement, productivity and innovation. I also practice with Cascadian Consulting Group Inc., a company that focuses on executive team development, diagnostic consulting, and executive coaching, and, Leadership Intelligence Inc., a company that is national in scope and focuses on leadership development and coaching.
