Innovation & Development Corporation (IDC)
Funded by the federal government's Tri-Council Intellectual Property Mobilization program, RRU has entered into a partnership agreement with the Innovation & Development Corporation (IDC), at the University of Victoria, to expand their technology transfer and commercialization services to RRU. IDC’s mandate is to move research and innovations into both the public and private sector, through partnerships, licensing of technologies, and the formation of new spin-off companies. 

IDC provides RRU faculty, students and staff with a full suite of professional services to help transfer their ideas and entrepreneurial initiatives to the private sector and the marketplace.
