You Never Stop Learning

At Royal Roads University, we understand the value of the lessons learned outside of the traditional classroom, so we use a student-centred approach to our admission process. We look at you and where you are in life, and not just what can be found on a transcript.

We’re looking for self-directed and highly motivated people with program-specific knowledge and skills, as well as strong interpersonal, research, and communication skills. We want to set you up for success so you can get what you need from your program while enjoying your academic adventure.

If you are lacking the formal academic education required for the standard admission, we have the ability to evaluate you based on a combination of your formal education, informal learning, and the real-world life experiences you’ve earned.  Have a look at our Flexible Admission page, where you can learn the full details of this option available at Royal Roads University.

Each program will have specific requirements, which may include pre-requisites and work experience, so please visit our Program Specific Admission page to see what you need to apply and qualify.
