As the need for leadership has become more important, the desire for a different way of exercising leadership has also become clearer. Old models of leadership are no longer sufficient to steward and guide modern organizations. New forms of leadership enable people to work collaboratively and creatively to create, implement and account for improved service delivery. Leaders today require vision, courage, partnerships, and stamina to face the obstacles stifling productive change.

The Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management charts a way for managers and leaders anywhere in the world to stay relevant in their current jobs and develop a solid foundation to be more effective at leading self, others and teams, and systems/organizations. Students will gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to transform and lead in the workplace and will explore dimensions of personal and strategic leadership, the dynamics of personal and organizational change, and their roles as catalysts for change.

Who it's for
This program is for professionals who are looking to inspire positive change in their organization and become more effective at leading themselves, their teams and their organizations.
