Better your management of internal and external corporate communication – in public relations, advertising and marketing – and solidify your understanding of organizational culture, negotiation skills and conflict management techniques. The Graduate Certificate in Professional Communication Management provides public relations and communication professionals like you with the strategic skills and tactical understanding to be active players at the executive level.

Upon successful completion, graduates can apply for advanced standing in Royal Roads University’s MBA program. A portion of the MBA tuition fee is waived.

Who it’s for
Senior managers, managers and other individuals directly responsible for organizational communications and who need to determine whether to outsource communications, develop in-house capabilities or handle public relations functions.

Applicants who do not have the formal academic education to qualify for admission may be assessed on the basis of both their formal education and their informal learning, in accordance with the Flexible Admission Policy.
