Teri McEachern

Business

Teri McEachern is academic co-lead for the final residency of the Master of Business Administration program. McEachern co-teaches the Advanced Strategic Integrated Practice course, which involves the delivery of live case studies using problem-based learning.

Experience

McEachern is currently a practicing Certified Management Consultant with Cascadian Consulting Group Inc. specializing in strategy, organizational change and people. With more than 20 years of banking and management consulting experience, McEachern was also a founding partner of Leadership Intelligence Inc. and the Women’s Strategies Group. She served as vice president of corporate development & human resources at MasterCard International (Europe).

McEachern works with clients in a variety of sectors: financial services, marine transportation, telecommunications, First Nations, tourism and entertainment, construction services, and numerous other organizations across Western Canada, both private and public. McEachern is also an author, athlete and active volunteer.

She holds professional designations as a Certified Professional of Humans Resources and Certified Executive Coach.
